Redemption Forms
Below are two forms to complete. The first relates to the submission of bank account information of you have chosen to sell your CFI NFT's, the second is the payment instruction for the sale of $FLI.
CFI NFT Sale
The following form allows you to submit your bank account information for the sale of CFI NFT's under the CDO scheme.
You must submit one form per wallet and these wallets must match the wallet submitted on the claim form released on 1/25. You do not need to submit a form per project.
$FLI Sale
This form allows you to choose a payment method for the sale of $FLI at $0.72. Checks will be made on all wallets to determine the origination point of any inbound $FLI.
