Drone Detection

Zero Cap-Ex Drone Detection Systems for Public and Private Organizations.

The Device

All installations of the DeFli Drone Detection system consist of our DeFli Device. Here's what you need to know about the DeFli Device.

  • Can be used as fixed installation or mobile.

  • Detects, Identifies, Tags and Monitors all drone types including commercial, hobbyist and self-build.

  • Performs the packet decryption and plotting functions of the DJI Aeroscope through frequency scanning.

  • Identifies drones operating on Rf frequencies through channel scanning and forward scatter analysis.

  • Identifies "dark" drones using passive radar with zero additional radiation emission, instead using ADSB and L-Band signals as both illuminator and receiver, measuring micro doppler and RCS.

  • Identifies and downloads RID packets through channel frequency and BLE scanning.

  • LTE, WiFi and SATCOM equipped.

  • No engineer required for deployment.

  • Features on-device screens.

  • Links directly to our UTM.

  • UTM is endorsed by the UK Center for the Protection of National Infrastructure.

  • SAPIENT compliant

  • Open architecture for connectivity to PTZ and C-UAS measures.

  • Notification and alarming through SMS, Email, Push Notifications and other bespoke channels.

The Data

The data collected by the DeFli Device varies depending on the drone manufacturer and it's operating frequency, as standard the DeFli Device will collect:

  • Manufacturer

  • Model

  • Time and Duration of Activity

  • Flight History

  • Payload Size

  • Velocity

  • Altitude

In addition, the DeFli UTM will allocate bespoke tagging to each drone.

Drones that emit data packets such as DJI and Skydio will provide much more granular data.

Summary reports are provided as standard with bespoke filtering by the user.

The Public-Private Partnership

The DeFli Public-Private Partnership is the methodology by which DeFli Networks are able to offer Drone Detection Networks of any size without any Cap-Ex.

Through the acquisition of NFT's, investors will pool funds which will be assigned to cover the up-front costs of any drone detection network provided by DeFli. This allows DeFli to amortize the hardware cost across the lifetime of your contract with us whilst also ensuring we have sufficient liquidity to build out further devices at scale.

Investors receive a percentage of the monthly contract rate for the lifetime of the contract. They can choose to receive this in a liquid stablecoin or alternatively in our $FLI token as part of a wider investment strategy.

The Contract

As you are unburdened of actual hardware ownership you can enjoy highly flexible contractual arrangements starting at just 30 days. The contracts are easily scalable by device numbers and length, you can also choose to start and stop contracts based on operational requirements such as seasonal activities.

Cost Comparison

The following is a 12 month cost comparison versus DeDrone with the installation featuring the DeDrone RF-360.

  • Initial Hardware Cost per Unit of DeDrone RF-360- $57,900

  • Cost of Adding DJI Aeroscope to bring the specification to the same level as the DeFli Device- $12,890

  • 12 Months Software Subscription- $15,000

Total Cost per DeDrone Unit: $85,790

The equivalent cost for DeFli Device per Unit for 12 months- $23,250

This represents a saving of 72.89%

The DeFli figures are taken from a recent active contract.
