Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. DeFli Network LLC reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time, and for any reason, without notice.

This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and DeFli Network LLC makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Additionally, nothing contained on this Website shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.
6. Limitation of liability
In no event shall DeFli Network LLC, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and DeFli Network LLC, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent DeFli Network LLC from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
9. Variation of Terms
DeFli Network LLC is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.
10. Assignment
DeFli Network LLC shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, .you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
11. CFI NFT's
DeFli Network LLC are issuers of CFI NFT's for the DeFli Network projects only. All funds relating to customer payments are accrued off-chain in fiat. Owing to the legal complexities of bringing high value cryptocurrency payments on-chain, DeFli Networks LLC reserve the right to swap or exchange "USDC Value" for $FLI token, CFI NFT's belonging to DeFli Networks treasury or other cryptocurrency with liquid value. All payments are designated to be issued on the 30th of each month (or the 28th of February) however the payment flow may take up to 10 working days to complete depending upon the value and volume. In some cases, DeFli Networks LLC may agree to make payment in a traditional format such as domestic or international wire, if this is agreed then you will need to be approved as a recipient by our banking partner and this may require KYC and further identification requirements. There is no time-frame on the release of the initial wire payment however subsequent payments should process within 3 working days of the 30th of the previous month. DeFli Networks LLC also reserve the right to buy back any acquired CFI NFT's at the price paid in ETH minus any yield paid to date.
Should DeFli Networks LLC be of the opinion that an individual is using the acquisition and yield from CFI NFT's as part of a criminal enterprise we reserve the right to suspend all payments until such a time that an investigation has been completed by an approved third party specializing in KYC and AML, you will not be notified directly by DeFli Networks LLC if this occurs. We may, at our discretion offer to acquire your held CFI NFT's as part of this process however this is not guaranteed.
Any behaviour that is deemed by DeFli Networks LLC to be in breach of any of the terms listed here will considered as due cause for the suspension of future payments owed under the CFI NFT yield. This includes misuse of our intellectual property, defamatory statements and other behaviours referenced here or in our notice to advertisers. In this scenario, DeFli Networks reserve the right to enforce the acquisition of any CFI NFT's at the purchase price in ETH less and yield paid to date.
These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between DeFli Network LLC and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes.
